Stability Analysis and Optimal Control of a Fractional Cholera Epidemic Model

چکیده

In this paper, a fractional model for the transmission dynamics of cholera was developed. invariant regions model, solutions were generated. Disease-free and endemic equilibrium points obtained. The basic reproduction number evaluated, sensitivity analysis performed. Under support Pontryagin’s maximum principle, order optimal control Furthermore, an strategy discussed, which minimized total infected individuals costs associated with control. Treatment, vaccination, awareness programs regarded as three means to reduce infected. Finally, numerical simulations cost-effectiveness presented show result that best combination treatment programs.
